Job Description: Solar Parts Sales & Distribution Executive
Location: West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for solar parts and components such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and other accessories.
- Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network across Kolkata and nearby regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers including retailers, EPC companies, installers, and contractors.
- Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships with channel partners.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain proper sales data, prepare reports, and update CRM/records regularly.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Support marketing activities, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of solar parts/components OR electrical/renewable energy products.
- Strong knowledge of solar products and basic technical understanding of components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within city and nearby regions for business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred but not mandatory).
Salary:Till 20 k
