Solar Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Solar Sales Executive to lead and grow our commercial solar sales portfolio across the southern region of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development acumen, a deep understanding of the solar energy sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires strategic client engagement, market penetration, and the ability to close high-value deals to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional market demands and company goals.
  • Identify and target potential commercial, industrial, and corporate clients to drive lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Conduct client meetings and on-site assessments to evaluate energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals and business cases to key decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes in the solar industry.
  • Support and collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in the development and management of regional channel partners, agents, and resellers.
  • Deliver internal and external product presentations, workshops, or training sessions where needed.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline. (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a large client base.
  • Established network within the industrial and commercial sectors of Southern Pakistan.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales and market development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
