Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Solar Sales Executive to lead and grow our commercial solar sales portfolio across the southern region of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development acumen, a deep understanding of the solar energy sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires strategic client engagement, market penetration, and the ability to close high-value deals to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional market demands and company goals.
- Identify and target potential commercial, industrial, and corporate clients to drive lead generation and sales conversion.
- Conduct client meetings and on-site assessments to evaluate energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals and business cases to key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, client feedback, and market insights.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes in the solar industry.
- Support and collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in the development and management of regional channel partners, agents, and resellers.
- Deliver internal and external product presentations, workshops, or training sessions where needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline. (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a large client base.
- Established network within the industrial and commercial sectors of Southern Pakistan.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and presentation tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales and market development.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
