We are seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder Specialist to join our team at Global Clicks. As a Bidder Specialist, you'll be instrumental in securing projects on Upwork by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting compelling proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential projects on Upwork, and thoroughly understand client requirements and project scopes.
• Create tailored and persuasive proposals that effectively showcase our strengths and address client needs.
• Engage with clients through Upwork's messaging system to clarify project specifics, negotiate terms, and address inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with our team to gather insights for accurate and comprehensive proposal submissions.
• Strategize bid management, handling multiple bids simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Proposal Writer.
• Proficiency in Upwork's platform dynamics, features, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate proposals and engage with clients.
• Ability to quickly comprehend client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids concurrently and prioritize effectively.
