Solar Site Engieer

Installation & Construction

• Supervise Installation: Oversee the installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical systems.
• Monitor Progress: Track project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site technical guidance to installation teams and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure Compliance: Verify that all work adheres to local, state, and international safety codes, electrical codes, and regulatory standards.
• Perform Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system tests and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures, conduct inspections, and create checklists to review completed projects.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Reports: Compile daily reports, document material usage, and maintain accurate records of project progress.
• Manage Documentation: Keep track of all technical documentation, schematics, and specifications for the project.

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate Stakeholders: Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide Status Updates: Keep clients and management informed of project progress through regular reports and updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Solar power plants : 3 years (Required)
