Job Summary

We are hiring a Solar Site Supervisor to oversee and manage multiple solar project sites. The ideal candidate should have an electrical background and strong experience in supervising solar installations. This role requires coordination, site monitoring, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities across multiple solar installation sites
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time
• Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors, and project managers
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards at all sites
• Manage site materials, inventory, and documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress/update reports
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Electrical background preferred (ITI/Diploma in Electrical)
• 2–5 years of experience in solar projects/site supervision
• Strong understanding of solar installation processes
• Ability to handle multiple sites and teams effectively
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to different project locations
