Solar Technician Job Description

• 1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2. Previous experience in solar installation or electrical systems (1–2 years preferred).
• 3. Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• 4. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 6. Full-time
• 7. Familiarity with PV systems, inverters, batteries, and safety protocols.
• 8. Fieldwork at residential and commercial sites.
• 9. Comfortable working on roofs and ladders.
• 10. Willingness to work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• 11. May require occasional travel depending on project locations.
