Job Title: Solution Architect – Banking & Payments

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Banking and Payment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of banking and payment systems, including digital banking, core banking integration, payment gateways, and fintech solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS), and security best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on architecture, design patterns, and implementation best practices.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, impact analysis, and risk assessment for proposed solutions.
• Support project delivery, including solution design, implementation planning, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Banking and Payment domains.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, digital wallets, core banking systems, and financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).
• Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architect, or relevant banking technology certifications.
• Experience in FinTech, digital payments, or mobile banking applications.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay: ₹245,853.25 - ₹1,045,914.31 per year
