Solution Architect

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in software development and proven expertise in system design, microservices, and modern architecture practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on development experience in Java, JavaScript, and Python, and has successfully transitioned into an architecture role while also leading teams of developers.

This is a critical leadership role that requires not only deep technical knowledge but also the ability to manage teams, deliver projects within deadlines, and stay up to date with modern trends including AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design

• Define and design scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures.
• Drive the adoption of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop high-level and detailed design documents for enterprise solutions.
• Ensure architecture aligns with business requirements, scalability, and client deadlines.
• Technical Leadership
• Mentor and guide software developers and team leads.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and clients to define technical roadmaps.
• Lead architecture discussions, proof of concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations.
• Project Delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting client expectations and quality standards.
• Monitor and review technical progress, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical depth and leadership.
• Innovation & Trends
• Stay updated with modern software trends, emerging technologies, and AI integration opportunities.
• Introduce and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation across the engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Proven experience in system design, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, tools, and integration in enterprise solutions.
• Leadership & Management
• Previous experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead managing software development teams.
• Excellent project management and time management skills, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background
• 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in architecture roles.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance business and technical priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and LLM-based solutions.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise-scale project delivery.
• Certifications in Solution Architecture (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
