Solution Architect – Emerging Technologies

We are seeking a Solution Architect who can design cutting-edge technical solutions and lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact software products.

This role blends architecture, hands-on technical leadership, project oversight, and innovation strategy. You will help shape new research-driven products, guide technical delivery, and ensure projects are architected to scale securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI solutions, IoT platforms, mobile apps, data platforms, and cloud-native systems.
• Create high-level and detailed system designs, including:
• Architecture diagrams
• Data models
• API specifications
• Cloud infrastructure plans
• Security and compliance frameworks
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with R&D objectives.

Project Oversight & Delivery Management

• Serve as technical lead and solution owner for new software development projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to:
• Break down requirements
• Define technical scope
• Estimate effort
• Guide sprint planning
• Ensure adherence to best practices in:
• Code quality
• Security (including HIPAA, NIST 800-53 if healthcare-related)
• Cloud DevOps
• AI model governance

R&D & Innovation Enablement

• Partner with research scientists and grant teams to translate concepts into technical architectures.
• Support technical sections of grant proposals and innovation initiatives.
• Prototype new ideas using rapid experimentation and POCs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with clients, government partners, universities, and internal teams to validate architectural decisions.
• Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, SageMaker
• IoT ecosystems: Azure IoT, AWS IoT, embedded systems, edge computing
• API and microservices architecture
• Mobile Apps and Platforms
• Experience leading or overseeing software development teams.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and system integration patterns.

Preferred

• Experience with healthcare systems, medical data, or FDA/HIPAA compliance.
• Experience architecting AI systems for real-time data, imaging, or predictive analytics.
• Experience working in R&D environments or emerging technology incubators.
• Relevant certifications (AWS SA, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, PMP, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
