Solution Architect – Integrations

As a Solution Architect, Integration Factory, plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing integration solutions that drive business value across the whole ecosystem of Coca-Cola HBC. As a key member of the integration team, this position is responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and efficient systems that seamlessly connect diverse applications and data sources to support organizational goals.

In this pivotal role, your work ensures that critical systems talk to each other seamlessly, teams innovate faster, customers are served better, and the full potential of technology is unlocked.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the business and technical stakeholders in capturing requirements and provide effort estimates.
• Identify and evaluate the impact on involved systems and components.
• Develop high- and low-level solution designs, ensuring that all documentation is accurately captured.
• Define non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, observability), optimizing operational efficiency.
• Guide and support development & testing teams for delivery of new solutions and enhancements of existing ones, including selective hands-on contribution.
• Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Work closely with the Platform Architect and Enterprise Architect to ensure solutions are in line with architectural vision and comply with architectural standards and best practices.
• Own and maintain the Integration Registry, ensuring up-to-date documentation of integration services.
• Provide expert advice to various project teams on use of integration technology, maximizing reuse of existing components and best practices.

• Exhibits strong interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills, fostering effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with the Product Manager as trusted advisor, especially during backlog refinement and assist in the prioritization of tech debt identification and minimization initiatives.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• A passion for creating robust, scalable platforms that accelerate innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience of solution architecture experience in a large enterprise, with a proven track record of successful and resilient solution designs.

• Strong Experience in at least one integration platforms (e.g. SAP BTP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM App Connect or other)
• Deep understanding of API Management, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and event-driven design patterns.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, messaging queues, data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, DevOps and the overall Lifecycle of integration development.

• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills both in the technical and in the business domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high levels of creativity and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and technologies.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and streaming platforms like SAP Advanced Event Mesh or Apache Kafka.

• Experience with cloud-based API management services, particularly SAP and/or Azure API Management.

• FMCG background or experience working with FMCG
