We are looking for an experienced and visionary
Manager of Solution Architects
to lead the design of scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions. In this strategic leadership role, you will guide a high-performing architecture team, drive modern engineering practices, and shape the future of our technology landscape.
As a technical thought leader, you will define architecture standards, lead solution design across complex domains, and ensure our platforms remain modern, resilient, and business-aligned.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of skilled Solution Architects across multiple business domains.

Drive strategic technical decisions balancing delivery speed with long-term scalability and maintainability.

Architect cloud-native solutions on
AWS, OCI, or GCP
, covering compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
-
Produce and maintain architecture documentation using
C4 models, UML, BPMN, and system diagrams
(Draw.io, Lucidchart).

Standardize modern software architecture patterns:
-
Microservices, event-driven, service mesh
-
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
-
Hexagonal/Clean Architecture
-
Serverless and containerized solutions
-
CQRS, event sourcing, saga patterns
-
Apply strong integration practices (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).

Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and observability across the ecosystem.
-
Lead architectural governance, conduct design reviews, and build reference architectures.
-
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies (RTO/RPO, multi-region).
-
Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders on roadmaps and long-term architecture vision.

Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI/ML, edge computing, low-code) and assess relevance to business needs.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years
in software/solution architecture, with
1+ year
in a leadership role.

Deep hands-on experience with
AWS, OCI, or GCP
.
-
Strong coding background in
Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Ruby
.
-
Expertise in enterprise integration, distributed systems, and API-first development.
-
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud security.
-
Experience with disaster recovery, high availability, and multi-region architectures.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud architect certifications (AWS/OCI/GCP).

Exposure to data architecture (data lakes, streaming, data mesh).

Experience with C4 model, UML, BPMN, and architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, Sparx EA).

Knowledge of zero-trust and security-by-design principles.

Experience in agile, high-growth, or digital-transformation environments.
-
Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps workflows.
