Solution Engineer

Solution Engineer We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative Solution Engineer (Mid-level, 2–4 years of experience) to join our team remotely. This role focuses on bridging the gap between technical complexity and excellent user experience.

Compensation, Timing & Urgency

• Priority: High (Need to close in 2–3 weeks).
• Joining: Seeking Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving a Notice Period only.
• Budget: Up to 13–14 LPA (Negotiable up to 18 LPA for exceptional profiles).
• Work Location: Remote (India).
• Work Hours: Must be comfortable working late to overlap with the EST Timezone (USA), requiring presence until approximately 12 Midnight IST.

Key Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Extreme Proficiency in JavaScript: Your core strength must be in coding with JavaScript.
• API Expertise (REST/JSON): Strong practical experience in consuming (using) REST APIs and managing JSON data within web applications is mandatory.
• Web Development: Proven ability to build and deploy web applications.

The 'Solution' Mindset (What Makes You a Great Fit)

We need more than just a coder; we need a problem solver who is a:

• Smart Communicator: Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• UX & Design Thinker: Strong understanding of User Experience (UX), User Journeys, and mapping out processes using Flowcharts/Diagrams.
• Product Experience: Prior experience working on an International Quality Product, ideally with offshore/onsite team models.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Backend Technologies: Experience with one or more backend languages like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java will be a significant advantage.
