Role Summary

The Solution Sales Specialist drives revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities, while delivering tailored software solutions that address real business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role builds long-term client partnerships and positions Dafater’s solutions to generate measurable and sustainable business impact.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Engage prospects to uncover business challenges and deliver tailored software solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase Dafater’s value.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide actionable sales reports and pipeline insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in SaaS or software solution sales, preferably in ERP or accounting systems.
  • Solid accounting knowledge with understanding of financial processes and reporting.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, and client-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
