Solutions Architect

Job Description:

As an Application Architect, you will be at the forefront of defining and driving the architectural strategy for the Applications including frontend and backend. We are looking for an expert in designing microservices using java spring boot, In this role, you will design scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will provide technical leadership, guide best practices, and ensure seamless integration of modern web technologies to deliver personalized and highly optimized user experiences. As an architect, you will also mentor development teams, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with our long-term technical vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of highly skilled developers in java from technology,
• Own the project and drive technically, guide developer community.
• Develop and Deploy applications in cloud environment (AWS/Azure preferred)
• Develop solutions and provide the detailed estimates and help unit
• Collaborate closely with client managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that cater to different user personas.
• Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and implementing performance best practices, while considering persona-specific needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in React development, testing, caching, performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on end users.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Familiarity with persona management concepts and implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Must be experienced in GIT and version control systems.
• Understanding of full stack development
