Job Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in matching technical solutions to project goals and coordinate the development and implementation of solutions for customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors/OEMs, developers, project managers, and business analysts, to create architectural designs that align with our client's/sales objectives.
This role is responsible for utilizing a deep understanding of Blaize's products and industry to design solutions for clients, while building strong customer relationships. The role needs to work closely with regional sales team, global and regional technical teams and support sales team in day-to-day activities. The role will report to Regional Sales Director and dotted line to Global Applications Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the Blaize's products and solutions, as well as the industry to effectively position the offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Using the technical acumen, provide support to our Sales team and partners with solution designs, proposals, RFP compliances. Presentations etc. and be integral part of the sales cycle.
  • DevOps experience and skills to bring up customer’s demos and systems for proof of values.
  • Visible, measurable record of continuous training in the latest AI and Enterprise technologies.
  • Lead and take ownership of PoCs, demonstrations for customers, manage demo equipments
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of pre-sales activities
  • Effective Sales Enablement: Support and equip the sales team with the necessary resources to engage with key stakeholders. This includes creating tailored presentations, technical documentation, and insights that enhance sales conversations.
  • Impact on Revenue: Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies for winning accounts. Assist the sales team in crafting quotes and understanding client needs to create compelling proposals.
  • Work with Technology partners for qualifying/onboarding process and system designing
  • Coordinate and provide on-site post sales support as and when required
  • Partner/client/internal sales team product training
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science/IT, or related field.
  • Min 8 years of experience in similar role in Computer Hardware, Processors, Graphics Processors, IT, IP Video Security and Surveillance, Computer Vision/Video Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles, including cloud computing, IoT, data/video analytics, AI, ML, Deep Learning.
  • Knowledge of IP networking and IT security
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to the region.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
  • Middle East experience within similar industry
  • English is mandatory and Arabic will be a plus
  • IP Video Security / Video Analytics Vision Experience will be a plus
  • UAE driving license
  • Knowledge of AI models, Video analytics, IP security will be a plus
