Solutions Specialist

ASEE Turkey is looking for Solution Specialist who will take part in the Contact Center Technologies team.


As a Solution Specialist, you will:


· Resolve complex technical issues with the Contact Center infrastructure.

· Reproduce customers’ problems and provide them with Root Cause Analysis, assist customers in their problems and provide them with resolutions/suggestions to their issues.

· Participates in onsite and professional services activities, as required including: System Installation, Configuration and Customization, and Application Development.

· Serves as the direct point of technical contact to provide high quality Software and Hardware support to experts from our customers for Genesys solutions and related technologies.

· Responsible for staying up-to-date of current technologies, industry trends and develop advanced expertise in one of the following subject matters (Telephony, Networking, VOIP, DBs or Programming etc).


Desired Skills and Experience

· 3+ years of experience Contact-center technologies and systems

· Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Voice over IP (SIP protocol) and Computer Telephony Integration (troubleshooting and configuration).

· Troubleshooting and reproducing customers’ problems to find root cause.

· Maintains a positive and enthusiastic team attitude.

· Ability to work well with on-site and with remote team members.
