The Club provides its members with a home away from home: a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, hospitality and elegance, with a level of quality, service and attention to detail that will leave them wanting for nothing.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Assist members and guests with their wine or sake selection, and serve wines/sake according to the Standard Operating
• Procedures, while providing friendly, courteous and professional service
• Ensure the wine and sake lists are up to date with correct vintages and prices, and that all products are stored properly in
• the cellar and on display
• Ensure mise-en-place and correct stock levels are in place before each service, and wines and sake are kept and served at
• the correct temperature
• Assist with monitoring and managing all glassware to ensure that all stock is maintained in an appropriate condition
• Keep operating costs to a minimum by efficient and responsible use of resources such as glassware and other
• equipment
• Support sales and ensure relevant/appropriate suggestions are made with regards to wine, sake and cocktails
• Display professional salesmanship and positive sales techniques at all times
