Sotware Support Specialist

We are looking for a Software Support Specialist for our Client in Saudi Arabia.

Experience Required: 7+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

Payroll: Direct

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing business-critical systems such as Odoo, Oracle ERP, AIMS, and Google Workspace AppSheet, and will act as a key link between business stakeholders in Saudi Arabia and our development team in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT vision covering software

applications, API interfaces, and system integrations.

 Write technical specifications, perform software comparisons, and

guide decision-making between custom development and off-the-shelf solutions.

 Ensure regulatory and business alignment, including interfacing with local systems such as Tawuniya.

 Serve as the primary liaison between KSA-based business users and the UAE-based application development team.

 Oversee the local IT support specialist responsible for endpoints, user support, network and hardware.

 Coordinate with Group IT and AI teams on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital innovation initiatives.

Experience:

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial role.

 Proven experience with enterprise platforms (Odoo, Oracle ERP) and low-code tools (e.g., AppSheet).

 Business-savvy and tech-driven mindset

 Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and IT architecture.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

 Experience managing cross-regional teams is a plus.
