Role Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Associate with hands-on experience in IT Hardware products who can support vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the IT hardware ecosystem and enjoys working with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, peripherals, and accessories
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and distributors
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate costs, and finalize purchases
• Coordinate with internal sales/operations teams for timely fulfilment
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Maintain vendor database and procurement documentation
• Ensure cost optimization and adherence to company procurement policies

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in IT hardware sourcing / procurement
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware brands, components, and market pricing
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and local vendors
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/tools (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
