Reporting To: Head – Product Development, Sourcing & Quality

Job Summary

We are hiring a hands-on Sourcing Executive to support vendor development and sourcing operations for Home & Kitchen Appliances. This is a field-active role involving factory visits, production follow-ups, cost comparison, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and quality dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Development & Coordination

• Identify and evaluate suppliers; conduct factory visits
• Assist in vendor onboarding and maintain supplier database
• Follow up on sampling, production progress, and dispatch readiness
• Communicate specifications clearly and escalate delays proactively

Commercial & Cost Support

• Collect quotations and prepare price comparison sheets
• Support negotiations (pricing, MOQ, lead time)
• Assist in landed cost calculations and cost sheet maintenance

Quality & Production Follow-Up

• Coordinate sample approvals and pre-dispatch inspections
• Track supplier-related defects and corrective actions

Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Align with supply chain for dispatch planning
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-ups
• Share weekly sourcing status reports with Product Head

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in sourcing/procurement/vendor coordination
• Experience in Home & Kitchen Appliances or consumer durables preferred
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for factory visits
• Basic understanding of costing and manufacturing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
