Sourcing Executive

Urgent Hiring: Sourcing Executive – experienced in manpower supplier sourcing.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time, immediate

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500

Preference: Male / Female

• Explore various platforms for new suppliers in UAE market.
• Identify and approach potential manpower suppliers and agencies.
• Sourcing blue collar helpers & skilled labours.
• Maintain an updated database of manpower suppliers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on agency acquisition and vendor performance.
• Track onboarding progress and mobilizing labours.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law

Requirements:

• Mandatory 2–3 years of manpower supply experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
