Sourcing & Logistics Executive

Job Description

This position is responsible for Resolution and Execution of Internal and External Operations as Per SOPs , Monitoring & Handling of Equipment Inventory and Company Asset Records , Controlling and Supervising Internal Purchases and Documentation . Perform necessary coordination with other departments for the smooth function & deliverable of tasks and projects. General Overview Of Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary activities to support Ordering Desk (All Local & International procurement/ordering)
  • Preparation of documentations for Sourcing and Logistics. (Purchase, shipment, insurance, invoices, internal and misc. documentation)
  • Manage and control Stock/Inventory LHR, KHI & ISB, and in-house equipment management & logistical requirements.
  • Perform and maintain necessary documentations and Inter Office Equipment Transfer.
  • Supervise and execute all deliveries to customers with documentation. (Shipping Invoice/Delivery Order)
  • Assist in International projects with world-wide procurement & logistics.
  • Manage and Tracking of all faulty/replacement Interoffice and SLA Equipment.
  • Coordinate and provide support to MIS and Pre-sales team for all necessary requirements.
  • Manage and supervise Physical transfer/Inspection of shipments. (Pick up/drop to/from Customer Site)
  • Perform necessary activities to support pricing, costing, negotiations with vendors & suppliers and ordering.
  • Perform all necessary activities for Consolidation of Audit documents, SBOs and Tracking.
  • Supervise and perform ISO systems implementations.
  • Coordination and Reconciliation of all operations related data with other departments (internal/External).
  • Perform all necessary activities for efficient Vendor/Supplier Management.

Work Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operational, Sourcing & Logistics role or equivalent. Experience of working in technology industry is preferred especially in an IT complete and diversified solution providing companies.
  • Analytical skills, Organizational Skills, Continuous Improvement, Flexible Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication Skills & Computer Skills.

Education Requirements

  • University Education –Business Graduate with specialization in Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Knowledge of all Business; Organizational Development and basic understanding of information technology systems HW & SW, Store Management and Logistics. Knowledge of Excel.
