DF-81 – Sourcing Manager
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Remote
Base Salary Rate: $111,728.00 - $131,445.00

About This Role
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading supplier and vendor negotiations for finished goods to secure reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality materials that support uninterrupted production. This role drives strategic cost savings initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and ensures compliance with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier and vendor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and long-term supply reliability.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, ensuring consistent quality, delivery performance, and financial stability.
- Driving Productivity on Annual spend and reporting monthly productivity numbers
- Enforce compliance with Sourcing policies and Finance procedures while upholding the highest standards of ethics.
- Lead the Sourcing activities in reviewing and analyzing material costs, identifying, and executing cost reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop and implement cost reduction programs, initiate projects, and monitor performance outcomes.
- Conduct periodic reviews of supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance to ensure reliability of supply and manage long-term agreements.
- Guide and motivate the team to foster continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of experience in strategic supply chain, sourcing , procurement, or commodity management
- 5+ years strategic sourcing experience for a global manufacturing organization
- 5+ years of experience using ERPs like JDE, Kinaxis or Oracle
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in SCM
- Advanced user knowledge in MS Excel
- Demonstrated track record in driving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier optimization & contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating supply chain risks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- English communication (written & verbal)
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at varying levels.
Compensation and Benefits
Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
