Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of 4-wheeler automobile parts and hands-on experience in the scrap industry/scrapping centers. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation abilities, vendor management skills, and the ability to optimize sourcing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for automobile parts and scrap material.
• Manage vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, and contract terms.
• Ensure timely procurement of automobile parts and scrap items as per business requirements.
• Analyse market trends, pricing, and availability to maintain cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for sourcing needs.
• Implement sourcing strategies to improve quality, reduce cost, and ensure continuous supply.
• Maintain documentation, purchase records, and vendor performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of 4-wheeler automobile parts (mandatory).
• Experience in scrap industry/scrapping the centre (preferred).
• Age between 35–45 years.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and ensure quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sourcing or procureme
