Sourcing & Proposal Specialist

Tasks

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sourcing and Procurement:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery


• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging


• Ensure timely procurement of products to meet client requirements.


• Maintain a database of suppliers and products.

2. Proposal Preparation:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project


• Prepare detailed and competitive proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.


• Ensure that all proposals comply with company standards and client


• Review and revise proposals based on feedback from clients and internal

3. Communication and Coordination:

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 1to 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or proposal preparation, preferably within the industrial, oil & gas, engineering, or MEP

· Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
