Job Title: Sourcing / Purchase Manager – Private Label

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing or Purchase Manager to lead our Private Label procurement and vendor development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers for a wide range of private label products, ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery, and top-tier quality standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in sourcing / procurement — preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Private Label brands.
• Strong vendor network across India (and ideally international exposure).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and costing analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple categories simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Private Label / Contract Manufacturers.
• Understanding of packaging materials, formulation basics, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of import processes, HS codes, and international sourcing (bonus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
