Sourcing Recruiter, DCC Communities

DESCRIPTION

As a Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon Infraservices (AIS) team, you will be responsible for building large, scalable candidate pipelines to support high-volume hiring across multiple roles. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and funnel generation. The ideal candidate combines technical recruiting expertise with strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies. Success in this role requires excellent communication abilities, data-driven decision-making, and experience with modern sourcing techniques and platforms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
• Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
