JOB SUMMARY:

A Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for researching international suppliers, building relationships and developing business with them to meet and exceed the company's sales and profitability targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain engagement and build relationship with brands, distributors and suppliers in the US and Europe
• Identify international brands, distributors and suppliers and develop business with them
• Negotiate prices with potential suppliers based on company’s profitability targets

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must possess strong proficiency in sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
• Must have strong negotiation and relationship building skills

EXPERIENCE:

4-5 years’ experience of International sales

OR

4-5 years’ experience of business development with international suppliers preferably US and UK

EDUCATION:

Four year business degree or equivalent (BBA – Marketing Preferred)

SALARY

Market competitive salary and monthly performance bonus

JOB TYPE

• Full-time. Mon-Sat: 12:00 noon - 9:00 pm with alternate working Saturdays
• This is strictly a work-from-site job with no remote work opportunity
• Candidates should be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis
• Only residents of Karachi will be considered for the interview
