• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of the guest dining experience are delivered to the highest standards throughout the hotel.
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring tasks are completed professionally and promptly.
• Achieve departmental goals, hotel initiatives, and targets.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company's culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
