Job Summary:

Supports the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff.
  • Assist in menu planning and food preparation.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety practices.
  • Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
  • Strong cooking and leadership skills.
