Position: Sous Chef
Location: MM Alam Road, Gulberg III Lahore

About the Role

Bistro Noir is seeking a skilled and dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing high-quality culinary operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a passion for excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Supervise, train, and guide kitchen staff to maintain consistency and performance
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement processes
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Contribute to menu planning, development, and innovation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant culinary certification or diploma (preferred)
