We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Junior Professional to assist leading and elevating our fine dining operations. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader with extensive international experience in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Key Requirements

Professional Experience

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in internationally recognized 5-star luxury hotels across Europe.
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants located in Europe, Scandinavia, USA, or Asia Pacific.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-end dining environments.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards, wine knowledge, culinary trends, and fine dining etiquette.
