Bar License: Active SC Bar required

We are a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-state real estate law firm experiencing exciting growth. We are seeking a skilled South Carolina Real Estate Attorney to join our team and serve as our key SC legal counsel.

What You Will Do:

• Review title work and issue title opinions
• Handle residential & commercial closings (purchase & refinance)
• Provide buyer & seller representation
• Address title clearance & curative matters
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina real estate laws
• Collaborate with a dedicated multi-state support team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing (Required)
• Must currently reside in South Carolina (Required)
• 3+ years real estate, title, or conveyancing experience
• Experience conducting closings & reviewing title
• Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
