We are seeking an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kerala and South Indian dishes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily menus featuring authentic South Indian cuisine.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Innovate traditional recipes while preserving authenticity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in South Indian/ Kerala cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
  • Commitment to hygiene, taste, and presentation.
