Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the South Indian section in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, curries, and regional specialties.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet resort standards.
  • Train and guide Commis and kitchen helpers in the South Indian section.
  • Monitor mise-en-place, stock levels, and timely preparation.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation as per HACCP and food safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
  • Assist in menu planning and new dish development for the South Indian menu.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
