Job Purpose:

To manage and drive indoor sales of buses and trucks spare parts by responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and delivering effective sales solutions

The role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth order processing and after-sales service to achieve business targets and enhance customer satisfaction

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information on spare parts availability, specifications, and pricing

  • Conduct all sales activities indoors, primarily via phone, email, and in-person counter service

  • Identify and engage potential customers to expand the client base, maintaining detailed records of leads, sales activities, and performance reports

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors and customer preferences to support sales strategies and business planning

  • Follow up on marketing and direct mail campaigns through phone calls and electronic communication to generate and convert leads

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable spare parts and product solutions

  • Stay up to date with product ranges, technical specifications, and stock availability to ensure accurate customer guidance

  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales team to enhance competitiveness and service quality

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations to close sales and meet assigned business targets

  • Coordinate closely with the logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries

  • Provide efficient after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Perform additional tasks as required to support business objectives
