Spa Assistant w/ Massage or Esthetics license to help with booking, organizing, social media

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Associate to join our team with an esthetics, massage, or cosmetology license. We are a massage therapy business and need help with answering calls, booking appointments, billing for insurance a plus, posting online, inventory, cleaning at end of day, organization. We are introducing facials- so an occasional facial. I need a sincere, kind, RESPONSIBLE person to help front of the house. I need that person who does not call in sick. :) Right now we are hiring for 3 days all day from 8:00-6:30 and in 2 months we will go to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Assist with social media management, including creating engaging content and promoting spa services
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all clients, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience

Experience:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage client appointments effectively
- Experience in social media management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality industry is preferred
