Spa Concierge & Client Experience Associate

Haute Custom Beauty is a luxury European skincare brand and spa known for its personalized

facials, advanced skincare treatments, and curated retail skincare collections.

We are seeking a Spa Concierge & Client Experience Associate who will help create an

exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the spa.

This role is the first and last impression of the brand, ensuring every client feels welcomed,

cared for, and guided throughout their visit.

The position combines luxury hospitality, client coordination, retail skincare sales, spa

operations support, and light order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional luxury hospitality experience
• Manage client check-in and check-out
• Coordinate appointment flow between clients and facialists
• Ensure clients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Communicate client needs between treatment rooms and the front desk
• Assist clients with scheduling, questions, and follow-up communication

Retail & Product Guidance

• Present skincare recommendations based on facialist notes
• Assist clients in selecting the right products for their routine
• Process retail sales and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized retail display area
• Support product education and brand storytelling

Spa Operations

• Open and close the spa
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms between clients
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming spa environment throughout the day
• Restock treatment rooms and retail shelves
• Assist with light cleaning and organization between appointments

(Deep cleaning is handled separately.)

Order Fulfillment & Client Pickups

• Prepare and ship occasional online orders
• Organize and package products for shipping
• Prepare and manage client product pickups Ensure orders and pickups are handled accurately and efficiently

Team Support

• Help maintain a smooth schedule and treatment flow
• Communicate timing and needs between estheticians and clients
• Support the team during busy periods
• Help ensure the spa environment reflects luxury hospitality standards

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for skincare, wellness, and hospitality
• Is warm, polished, and professional with clients
• Is comfortable recommending skincare products
• Has strong organization and multitasking skills
• Pays close attention to detail and cleanliness
• Enjoys working in a collaborative small team environment

Experience in spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or beauty is a plus.

Position Details

Location: Austin, TX (central)

Compensation $20–$21 per hour + retail commission
