Ocean Tides Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and guest-focused Spa Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our spa guests. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated spa experience—from booking appointments to ensuring each guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and cared for throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming spa environment
- Schedule and confirm spa services, manage reservations, and optimize therapist bookings
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out, including processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail space
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when appropriate
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking retail items
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using reservation and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest service
