Ocean Tides Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and guest-focused Spa Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our spa guests. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated spa experience—from booking appointments to ensuring each guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and cared for throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming spa environment
• Schedule and confirm spa services, manage reservations, and optimize therapist bookings
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out, including processing payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail space
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when appropriate
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking retail items
• Support daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using reservation and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest service
