Job Title: Spa Manager – Airport Operations

Job Summary

Ode Spa Wellness is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our premium spa operations at Hyderabad International Airport. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day spa operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance with airport, brand, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Oversee daily spa operations ensuring smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted service.
  • Maintain Ode Spa Wellness brand standards for service quality, ambiance, hygiene, and guest experience.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally with timely resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to airport security, safety, and operational protocols.

Team Management & Training

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise therapists, front desk staff, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skill development sessions.
  • Ensure staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity standards are met.
  • Foster a positive, motivated, and service-oriented team culture.

Revenue & Business Development

  • Drive sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and service package promotions.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets and take corrective actions when required.
  • Analyze guest trends and peak travel hours to optimize staffing and service offerings.
  • Coordinate with central marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns.

Financial & Inventory Control

  • Manage daily cash handling, billing accuracy, POS reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Control expenses and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Monitor inventory of products, linens, consumables, and equipment; place timely requisitions.
  • Prevent pilferage and ensure asset protection.

Compliance, Hygiene & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per local regulations and Ode Spa SOPs.
  • Maintain documentation related to audits, licenses, and airport authority requirements.
  • Ensure therapists follow proper treatment protocols and safety guidelines.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with airport authorities, security teams, and facility management as required.
  • Submit regular MIS reports on sales, manpower, guest feedback, and operations to Head Office.
  • Support inspections, audits, and management reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Airport, hotel, or luxury spa experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of spa therapies, products, and wellness standards
