Health Manager

Position: Health Manager
Qualification: Master’s in Public Health (MPH)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Nursing along with strong knowledge of Public Health
Reporting To: Director – Health / Project Director
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s in Public Health (MPH) – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Nursing
• Experience in public health or community health projects preferred
• Willingness to travel for field visits and outreach activities (if required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure smooth functioning of all health services.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for effective patient management.
• Implement and monitor public health programs, awareness drives, and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with health protocols, quality standards, and infection control guidelines.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure accurate medical documentation and reporting.
• Review and analyse health data to prepare MIS reports and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular audits of hygiene, safety, and facility operations.
• Train and guide staff on health protocols, reporting formats, and public health practices.
• Coordinate with government and external stakeholders for project requirements.
• Monitor medical inventory (medicines, supplies, consumables) and ensure timely procurement.
