Spa Manager

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in spa or hospitality management.

JOB TITLE: Spa Manager

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Spa Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling and service quality
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Supervise and train spa therapists and support staff
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Achieve revenue targets and manage budgets effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and products
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
