Position Description

TITLE: Advisor DEPARTMENT: Guest Care

Reports To: Guest Care Advisor

Primary Objective: This position is responsible for Guest and Service Provider support and bridging guest experience with service provider experience. ·

Deliver excellence in service to team and guests

Represent love of the Aveda and Inspire Greatness brands

Support 100% Guest Satisfaction

Check in/out, payments, rebooking

Aveda Promotions

Equipment upkeep

May perform other tasks as required or assigned

Direction Received: From guest care lead

Support: Salon - Spa Team Leads

· Minimum Requirements

o Must be 18 years or older

o Ability to multi-task with a smile

o Manage service guests and service providers with equal attention

o Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail Desire to network

o Passion for the beauty industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
