THE ROLE:

At The Ned Doha, our Spa is more than a place to unwind—it’s a haven of calm, care, and thoughtful hospitality. From the moment our guests arrive, every interaction is designed to feel personal, welcoming, and effortlessly refined.

We are looking for a SPA RECEPTIONIST who brings warmth, grace, and attention to detail to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable first impressions, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As Spa Receptionist, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s journey—from arrival to departure—ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Manage spa reservations, appointments, and inquiries efficiently
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments, facilities, and products
• Coordinate with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest feedback with care and attention
• Maintain a calm, organised, and inviting reception environment
• Support retail sales and promote spa services

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment
• A warm, polished, and professional presence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Confidence in handling bookings and administrative tasks
• A genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
