Spa Receptionist - Palm Heights

We are accepting applications for the following position:

SPA RECEPTIONIST

As a Spa Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for clients visiting the spa. Reporting to the Spa Manager, your role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the spa.

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about spa services, packages, and products.

• Manage and schedule spa appointments via phone, in person, or through online booking systems. Coordinate appointment times and ensure efficient scheduling.

• Welcome clients upon arrival, help them complete necessary forms, and process payments during check-out.

• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly. Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns.

• Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules, and payment information. Ensure confidentiality and data security.

• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash transactions. Reconcile daily financial reports.

• Keep the reception area, waiting lounge, and retail displays tidy and well-organized. Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

• Promote and sell spa products, including skincare items and gift certificates.

• Communicate client preferences and special requests to therapists and ensure a smooth transition between services.

• Address client concerns and complaints professionally and work to find appropriate solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic numeracy and cash-handling experience; familiarity with POS systems and appointment/booking software.

• Previous front-desk, receptionist, or customer-service experience preferred (spa/beauty/hospitality experience highly desirable).

• Familiarity with spa treatment terminology and services is a plus.

Salary: US$8.00 - US$11.00 per hour + plus gratuities
