Spa SALES Coordinator + Wellness Guide – SALTI Salt & Sound Spa

Do you love wellness, sales and naturally help people find what they need to feel their best?

SALTI is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Coordinator who can create an incredible client experience while confidently guiding clients into services and wellness offerings that support their health. This is more than a front desk role — this is the heartbeat AND connection point of the spa.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients and create an elevated, luxury experience from the moment they walk in
• Listen to client needs and guide them into the right services and wellness packages
• Educate clients on red light therapy, salt sessions, and holistic offerings
• Support retail recommendations (skincare, wellness products, etc.)
• Manage bookings, client flow, and daily operations
• Assist with red light sessions and salt cave flow
• Keep the spa beautiful, stocked, and running smoothly
• Support events and special wellness experiences

This is a sales, wellness-focused, client-guiding role:

You’ll help clients stay consistent with their wellness goals by recommending services and packages that support preventative health and long-term results.

There are opportunities to earn additional income based on performance, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable making recommendations and helping clients commit to their care.

Part-time position

Must be flexible and available to work Monday–Saturday between 10 AM – 6 PM Shifts will vary within those hours (not full-time). Some shifts will be 10–6, others 10–2 or 2–6.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
