Scope and general purpose of job:

To develop and maintain a professional spa operation, ensuring total customer satisfaction through professionalism, service and profitability. This should be achieved through the creation of a strong dedication to customer satisfaction among the therapists and Hotel Management

Profitability should be achieved by reaching the given target through efficient local sales, interaction with resort/hotel management, guests, GROs and other involved staff and through cost control.

Quality should be ensured by adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures, regular quality control, constant training and interaction with spa personnel.

The goal of Zarya Wellness is to make assigned Spa the preferred spa by its functionality and quality for contract partners, guests and personnel alike.

Reporting to: Cluster Spa Manager / Director of Spa Operations

Responsible for: All spa personnel on assigned spa operations.

Main duties: To ensure that:

· all spa guests, VIP guest, spa operational partners, employees, and suppliers are satisfied

· all spa operations are operated in accordance with Zarya Wellness Standard Operating Procedures; and

· that all spa operations are economically efficient and that the services offered are of consistently high quality; and

· that all spa staff are properly trained both in treatments and guest services as per the company policies and procedures; and

· that the cooperation with the hotel/resort management and staff is professional and friendly; and

· that guest and customer wishes/suggestions/complaints are dealt with efficiently; and

· that promotional and seasonal activities are carried out in a professional and effective manner; and

Operational

· To work with the therapists to ensure that Spa treatments and products are promoted as efficiently as possible.

· To train and motivate therapists to maximise personal sales activities in order to promote the spa.

· To plan and participate in sales activities and to take adverse recommendation from hotel marketing team

· To work with team to achieve convert treatments into packages and sell membership programme

· To assist CSM to liaise with hotel / resort GROs, Tour Guides, Front Desk et cetera in order to promote assigned Spa and ensure a professional and positive relationship.

· To periodically check that the treatments and services offered are in accordance with Company standards.

· To assist the CSM and Trainers in the standardisation of all procedures, treatments, products, equipment et cetera to ensure maximum service, guest satisfaction and profitability of the Company’s operations.

· To assist CSM to liaise with resort/hotel spa partners (customers) to ensure a professional, smooth and mutually beneficial cooperation between the resort / hotel management, assigned Spa personnel.

· To make recommendations to the CSM regarding the updating and improvement of treatments, equipment, products and services in order to improve guest satisfaction and operational profitability.

· To directly be involved in the promotion of spa treatments on the contracted resorts/hotels and to liaise with the resort/hotel management and staff to promote spa services.

· To suggest and develop in cooperation with CSM ways and means to increase sales and profitability at the Company’s spa operations.

· To attend any tasks, meetings and events as requested by the management.

Administration

· To prepare and maintain all administrative records, reports and correspondence related to therapists and spa operation activities in accordance with Company standards for the assigned spa operations.

· To monitor and check spa operational expenditure (treatment products, boutique products, equipment et cetera) in order to minimise Company expenses.

· To ensure that sufficient treatment products are stocked and ordered for the uninterrupted operation of the spas.

· To follow the correct procedures regarding the sourcing, purchase and control of supplies and equipment.

Financial

· To Monitor the Therapist of the outlets to generate the daily revenue target

· To keep records of expenditure for personnel training and other costs directly incurred in the areas of responsibility.

· To control and monitor spa operations expenditure.

Employee handling

· To be responsible for the appearance and conduct of spa therapist and to ensure that they are aware of their position as front line representatives of the Company and that they should therefore act and behave accordingly.

· To build and efficient team of personnel by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and personal as well as professional development.

· To ensure that spa personnel have a complete understanding of the Company’s policies and procedures and that they adhere to the same.

· Treat all therapist in equally importance and without any partiality and take any actions with politely and diplomatically towards the wellness of the company and employee

General duties:

· To report for duty punctually wearing the correct attire at all times and to maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene in order to be a proud representative of the Company and an example for all Company personnel.

· Product knowledge and training, supply orders, inventory counts and month end reports

· To perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by the CSM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
