Job Role:
As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for providing professional spa treatments and therapies to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You will maintain a high standard of service in line with the hotel standards. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, professionalism, and maintaining a calm and welcoming spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies by following the hotel standards.
Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, well-prepared, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Advice on spa treatments, products and wellness routines for the guests when needed.
Maintain accurate records of treatments and report any equipment or product needs.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards while creating a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

About You:
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and wellness practices.
Exceptional guest service and communication skills and ability in creating a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests.
Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Sales skills for promoting spa services and retail products.
Team player with a positive and caring attitude.
Strong sense of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
