Spa Therapist

We are looking for skilled and guest-focused Spa Therapists (female) to join a prestigious international hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have experience in luxury hospitality or high-end wellness centers, with a minimum of 2 years providing premium spa services. This role is essential in delivering a relaxing, personalized, and memorable spa experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and wellness therapies
• Perform treatments according to professional spa protocols and individual guest requirements
• Welcome guests professionally, conduct consultations, and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas are clean, organized, and ready for service
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Follow up with guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction after treatments
• Keep accurate records of guest sessions and comply with spa operational procedures
• Adhere to the highest hygiene and safety standards in the spa
• Assist with reception duties and manage inventory as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Spa Therapy from a recognized institute
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel brands.
• Proficient in multiple massage and wellness techniques (e.g., deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy), as well as hair treatments, manicures, pedicures, facials, and other beauty and wellness therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Well-presented, professional, and aligned with luxury service standards
• Ability to create a calm, respectful, and serene environment for guests
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
