Spa--Therapist

Job description:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional spa treatments and exceptional customer service to guests. This role ensures a relaxing, safe, and positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services according to company standards.
• Greet guests warmly, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and preparation of treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Handle guest queries professionally and provide product/service information as needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Promote spa services, special offers, and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and ensure proper handling of appointments.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products, linens, and supplies.
• Uphold a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere within the spa.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy or Spa/Beauty Therapy.
• Previous spa or wellness center experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-end spa, resort, or private club

Other Skills :

• Skilled in Hammam therapies, body scrubs, wraps, and facial techniques.
• Strong grooming and presentation aligned with luxury service expectations.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
